What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), company, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for, a link to your work, your CV and any note you add.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our servers record this to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project;
• review your job application and contact you about it;
• protect the website and forms from spam and abuse;
• keep records we are required to keep by law.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. We do not use your information for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. After you send a form, your browser briefly remembers it for one minute so the same message is not sent twice; this is cleared when you close the tab.

Fonts on this website are loaded from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by the LogicArray team members who need it to reply to you. We use trusted hosting and email providers to run this website and our inbox; they process data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.

We will share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last conversation, so we have the history if you come back.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, in case another suitable role opens. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
• Server logs: up to 90 days.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and the same security practices we use for our clients’ systems. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work hard to protect yours.

Your choices

You can email support@logicarray.net at any time to:

• ask what information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information;
• withdraw a job application.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
